What this does and doesn't influence

Commissions influence which partnerships we accept. They do not influence what we write. Our guides routinely tell readers when a medication isn't appropriate for them, how to evaluate providers skeptically, including the ones that pay us, and when the right choice is a conversation with their own GP instead of any online service.
